Abstract
Objective To observer the effect of compound anisodine combined with electroacupuncture ther-apy and drug therapy alone in acquired paralytic strabismus treatment effect. Methods Acquired paralytic strabis-mus patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group treated with microcirculation and neu-rotrophic drug and compound anisodine para temporal superficial artery injection combined with electroacupuncture. The control group only received microcirculation and neurotrophic treatment. Results In the observed group the ef-ficiency was 88.9% 68 eyes cured, 12 eyes improved, 10 eyes invalid. The control group cured 27 eyes, 22 eyes improved, invalid 29 eyes, 62.8% efficiency. Differences between the two groups were statistically significant (Χ2=15.90, P<0.01). Conclusions Routine medicine combined with compound anisodine para temporal superficial artery injection and electroacupuncture is effective in paralytic strabsmus.关键词
