摘要
Abstract
Emergency disposal,anti-terrorism and disaster relief are major components of medical emergency forces of PAP,and they directly affect the effectiveness of comprehensive logistic support capability and the successful accomplishment of emergency disposal tasks.Combined with functional missions of internal security forces of PAP in the new period,how to make emergency medical service efficiently is the main question that medical service commanders of different levels should be focused on.The author discussed methods of enhancing capability construction of emergency medical service under new situation,from three aspects: preparing in advance,predicting scientifically and grasping the overall situation.关键词
