摘要
Abstract
Through summarizing the application of mechanical ventilation in the early treatment of 7 cases of exertional heat stroke in military personnel,the author proposes that disturbance of consciousness,delirium and restlessness,systemic muscle tremor,and convulsion attack are indications for endotracheal intubation in exertional heat stroke.Early mechanical ventilation is crucial to improve tissue ischemia and hypoxia,prevent and treat multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and increase the cure rate.关键词
