Application of mechanical ventilation in early treatment of exertional heat stroke
通过总结部队官兵发生的7例劳力性热射病早期救治中机械通气的应用情况,指出将劳力性热射病患者出现意识障碍、谵妄且躁动不安、全身肌肉震颤、抽搐样发作等作为气管插管指证,及早行机械通气,可能对改善组织缺血和缺氧,防治多器官功能障碍综合征,提高治愈率起到关键的作用.
Through summarizing the application of mechanical ventilation in the early treatment of 7 cases of exertional heat stroke in military personnel,the author proposes that disturbance of consciousness,delirium and restlessness,systemic muscle tremor,and convulsion attack are indications for endotracheal intubation in exertional heat stroke.Early mechanical ventilation is crucial to improve tissue ischemia and hypoxia,prevent and treat multiple organ…查看全部>>
