Abstract
A new method for fault diagnose of the rotor systems in small and medium size aero-engines was proposed. In this method, strain gages were attached to the strips of the elastic supporter to obtain the dynamic stress signals of the elastic supporter of the rotor system during aero-engine operating. Then, the dynamic stress signals of the elastic supporter were decomposed by EMD, and the IMFs principal components were obtained by PCA. The noise assessment criterion was established by correlation coefficients to remove the principal components of disturbance. Finally, the denoised signals were obtained by reconstruction of the remaining principal components. Practical application shows that this method can effectively recognize the rotor system faults.关键词
