花脸香蘑液体发酵次生代谢产物中挥发性物质的化学成分研究
Analysis of Volatile Components in Fermentation Secondary Metabolites of Lepista sordida(Fr)Sing
摘要
Abstract
Volatile components were analyzed in liquid fermentation of Lepista sordida(Fr)Sing by GC-MS and identified by NIST147 standard mass spectrum databank and personal analysis. Nineteen peaks were separated by GC whose of sixteen were identified from liquid fermentation,sixteen peaks were separated by GC whose of fourteen were identified from CPDA culture medium. Main constituents of fermentation secondary metabolites were found to be 1-Decanol,1,2-Benzendicarboxylic acid,2,6-Dichlorophenylisothiocyanate,Benzenemethanol,1-H-3α,7-Methanazulen-5ol,2-Chloro-4,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde,5-Chloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid,Geranic acid,Pyrrolo[1,2-α]pyrazine-1,4-dione,Cyclo-(1-leucyl-1-phenylalanyl).关键词
