Study on Fermentation Condition Optimization of Lipopeptide Antibiotic of Bacillus subtilis SYL-6
摘要
Abstract
Effects of different fermentation conditions on lipopeptide antibiotic of Bacillus subtilis SYL-6 were investigated.Results showed that the best culture condition for lipopeptide productivity was with starting pH 7.0,at temperature 31 ℃,medium volume 120 mL in 250 mL and fermentation for 72 h.关键词
