中药复方参五地口服液对小鼠的急性毒性试验
Acute Toxicity Test of Chinese Medicine Compound Shenwudi Oral Liquid in Mice
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the safety and ascertain the toxicity of the Chinese medicine Compound Shenwudi Oral Liquid,the experiment of acute toxicity and the determination of LD50 of the shenwudi oral liquid were conducted in mice with different doses.The results showed that the LD50 of the Shenwudi Oral Liquid was 22.44 g/kg and its 95%confidence was 19.756~25.485 g/kg.The mortality rate of mice with drug dose increased and the increase of body mass in mice with drug dose significantly slower after the medication for seven days.Results indicated that food belongs to actually non-toxic clinical drugs was safe.关键词
