Abstract
Power engineering enterprises are mainly engaged in engineering and survey in power industrial chain, the majority of which have been reformed into state-owned companies from state-owned public institutions. Confronted with competitive power engineering market to certain extent, the majority of power engineering enterprises has advantages in related industry above, but have little enterprise competitiveness. The key tone of Energy development in foreseeable future includes resource structure adjustment, scientific and technical innovation , elimination of outmoded power and coal production capacity, and proportion increase of non-fossil fuels, which means, for power engineering enterprises, competitive stress grows in business structure adjustment, transformation and upgrade, and marketing competition. In the current process of transformation into engineering corporation, some power engineering enterprises have made outstanding achievements by undertake EPC projects through investments into mega power construction, and courageous trial & success in projects financing beyond power industry.This article is focused on analysis of domestic and overseas financing cases of power engineering enterprises, and on investigation of current financing situation, financing strategy, financing mode, and financing risk management etc.关键词
