Abstract
The material management of spare parts is an important part in the operation and maintenance of power plant.Enhancing the management of spare parts could ensure an accurate access of requirement planning, which therefore provides a guarantee for a normal manufacturing, a reduction of inventory and an efficient control over the cost of capital. At the same time, enhancing the material management could help realize the increase of productivity and the reduction of the cost, hence add to the economic benefits.关键词
