摘要
Abstract
This article Reviews teachers' job burnout and mental health relations researches in the recent ten years, combing the key findings about the university teachers, primary and secondary school teachers,and preschool teachers' job burnout, and the research of the mental health. It also explains the relationship between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, low sense of achievement which are part of job burnout and the various factors of SCL - 90 scale. Finally suggestions on teachers' job burnout and mental health are put forward.关键词
