摘要

Abstract

The X90 line pipe, weld and HAZ were studied by instrumental impact experiment at different temperature, and the characteristic value of curve was analyzed. The result showed that as temperature decreases, the curve of X90 grade steel pipe changes gradually from only generating stable crack growth to unstable crack growth. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is about -90 ℃; The weld demonstrates unstable crack growth, with lower temperature, unstable crack growth is becoming increasing apparent. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is about -50 ℃. As temperature decreases, the curve of HAZ changes gradually from generating stable crack growth to unstable crack growth. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is about-60℃.
