空气波压力治疗预防乳腺癌根治术后患侧上肢水肿的效果观察
Effect of Air Wave Pressure Therapy on Prevention of Upper Limb Edema of Breast Cancer Patients after Mastectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of air wave pressure therapy combined with full function exercise on the prevention of upper limb edema for patients with breast cancer after mastectomy. Methods A total of 120 breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into group A (functional exercise group) and Group B (air wave pressure therapy combined with functional exercise group) with 60 cases in each group. Patients in group A had fully functional exercise, and those in group B were treated with air wave pressure therapy on the basis of functional exercise. Healthy side and affected side of the upper limb were measured in two groups respectively and the incidence of lateral upper limb edema in two groups were compared14d and 30d after operation. Results There was no edema in two groups 14d after surgery and there were significant differences in the incidence of postoperative edema after 30d in two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of edema in group A was 13%, and that in group B 2%. Conclusion Air wave pressure therapy combined with fully functional exercise can effectively reduce the incidence of edema after mastectomy.关键词
