摘要

Abstract

The application of neutral point grounding resistance cabinet can realize the zero sequence current protection configuration of 10 kV distribution network and fault trip, but due to the application of immature technology, it could easily lead to protection malfunction accident. Through the analysis of the multiple protection malfunction occurred during the operation of the 110 kV substation neutral grounding resistor cabinet within Ordos grid, the main causes are the error of the zero sequence TA measurement, the error of the cable shield to the ground wire and the error of the 10 kV feeder switch protection malfunction, etc., and formulate the corresponding solution measures, so as to achieve the effective application and management of neutral point grounding resistance cabinet in 10 kV distribution network.
