摘要
Abstract
The V phase 220 kV surge arrestor exploded in a substation in Ulanqab. Through the disintegration of inspection, electrical testing and theoretical analysis for the failure surge arrester and the same batch of products, the cause of the failure is due to the bad material and technology of heat shrink tube used by surge arrester remain volatile matter, lead to the external insulation strength of core decreased, eventually, developed into a whole breakover or breakdown through the surge arrester. The author put forward measures and suggestion to strengthen equipment selection and improve the application rules of infrared diagnosis.关键词
