摘要

Abstract

After a 220 kV substation main transformer trip accident occurs in Inner Mongolia, site operating personnel mishandling, resulting in an accident scope. Eventually leading to three 220 kV substation main transformer trip, the entire substation power failure. Accident investigation process, the double sets of No.2 main transformer protection devices were conducted full trials, protect drive tests. With the scene protection action report, notice of setting value and operating personnel reporting cases, ultimately determined the cause of the accident. Through analysis of the causes of the accident, proposed corrective recommendations and correcting suggestions.
