声带真菌病12例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of 12 Cases of Vocal Fungal Infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investgate the diagonoses and treatment of the vocal fungal infection. Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was performed on the clinical data of 12 vocal fungal patients treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2015. Results In all these cases,diagonoses were confirmed as vocal fungal infection by pathological findings,they were cured by a comprehensive therapy,including voice prohibition,and antifungal drugs,without antibiotics and hormone. No recurrence was noted in 3-month to 5 years follow-up. Conclusion The vocal fungal infection is easy to be misdiagonoses,becauses the clinical features of the vocal fungal infection were atypical and multiple. The pathological biopsy is the most important methods to reach the diagonoses. It can be cured by voice prohibition and systemic use of antifungal drugs.关键词
