摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and value of a boric acid affinity and liquid chromatography/Chromatog-raphy bedside glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) level measuring instrument bottens TM (POCT). Methods Collected 80 cases of diabetic patients and 50 nondiabetic volunteers blood samples were simultaneously measured by HbA 1C Taiwan bottens TM bedside HbA 1C level analyzer and a USA Pleasant Chalmers Ultra2-HbA 1C testing instruments,comparing the difference of two results. Re-sults Difference between the two instruments measured HbA1C values was not statistically significant(P>0. 05),the two instru-ments consistency checking test results in diabetic patients and healthy people were positively correlated(r=0. 941,r=0. 723). Conclusion Bottens TM bedside HbA 1C level analyzer had good accuracy,simple operation,is a good means to strengthen com-munity-based monitoring and outpatient diabetes management.关键词
