胃癌患者HER2及Akt表达与淋巴结转移的相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate expression of HER2 and Akt in gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis. Methods 107 cases of gastric cancer were included in 2012 to 2014 yearsin our hospital,of HER2 and Akt detected by immuno-histochemistry. HER2 was evaluated by adopted amendments HereepTest scoring criteria,Akt was determined using positive cells semi-quantitative method. Results A total 21 cases of HER2-positive patients,the positive rate was 19. 6%;Akt-positive 74 cases of the positive rate was 69. 1%. Compared HER2-positive patients with negative expression patients TNM stage,lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis number significantly(P<0. 05). The expression of Akt in positive expression patients compared with patients with negative expression had significantly different in TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,the number of lymph node metastasis( P<0. 05). The expression of HER2 related to lymph node metastasis(OR=4. 46,P=0. 04) and lymph node metastasis number(OR=7. 12,P=0. 02),and Akt expression associated with lymph node metastasis number(OR=23. 05,P=0. 01). Expression of HER2 was consistent with Akt (number of columns contact,C=0. 23). Conclusion The expression of HER2 in gastric cancer patients and Akt correlate with lymph node metastasis . In patients with gastric cancer ,overexpressing of Akt and HER2 show tumor-infiltrating strong,fast progress,early lymph node metastasis trend,and its invasion and metastasis ability may be stronger.关键词
