摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of plasma perfusion combined bilirubin adsorption pregnan-cy with the clinical effect of severe hepatitis. Methods Pregnancy with 60 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups, control group take the plasma perfusion in combination with plasma exchange, the observation group on the basis of this combined bilirubin adsorption treatment again. Results Post treatment, the observation group in TBil, and PT, TC, ob-stetric and medical complications, and outcomes measures such as the control group were improved significantly ( P <0. 05 ) , while ATPP, propagated, FPG no difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion Plasma perfusion combined bili-rubin adsorption treatment of pregnancy with fulminant hepatitis effect is positive, it can effectively improve the hepatic function and coagulation function, reduce complications, reduce postpartum blood loss, improve and outcomes.关键词
