Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression and the significance of the serum cystatin C ( CysC) andβ2-microglobu-lin (β2-MG) in full-term newborn with hyperbilirubinemia ( HB) . Methods 86 cases full-term newborns with HB was selected as the observation group, 60 healthy newborns with non-HB as the control group. Detection of neonatal serum TBiL, level CysC,β2-MG, BUN, SCr indicators under different severity of HB changes in children each index level. Results Observation group se-rum TBiL, CysC,β2-MG index levels were higher than (P <0. 05). The control group, mild, moderate, and severe TBiL be-tween four groups, CysC,β2-MG, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05);while the control group, light, relative-ly BUN, SCr between moderate group, the differences were no statistically significant (P> 0. 05), only severe group BUN, SCr higher, mild to moderate group (P<0. 05). BUN, SCr and TBiL no correlation (P> 0. 05);CysC,β2-MG and TBiL was posi-tively correlated (P<0. 05) . Conclusion Serum cystatin C and β2- microglobulin value of early renal damage hyperbilirubi-nemia in term newborns diagnosis of hyperlipidemia superior to conventional BUN and SCr, as early renal damage diagnosis hyper-bilirubinemia sensitive indicators.关键词
