Abstract
Objective:The patients with schizophrenia maintenance treatment compliance characteristics , discusses the schizo-phrenia patients health education and the relationship between the drug compliance.Methods: In our 1995 -2010 schizophrenia treated 790 cases were randomly divided into two groups, education groups insight inspiration education and health education group, don't know force inspire and health education, the mental patients in hospital rehabilitation efficacy rating scale ( IPROS) education evaluation after 1 month effect, and follow-up medication compliance and recurrence.Results: Education group 370 examples, 1 year completely medication compliance 329 cases (88.92%), part of the drug compliance 8 cases (2.16%).The comparison group 360 examples, 1 year completely medication compliance 81 cases (22.5%), part of the medication compliance 19 cases (5.28%), not from medication 156 cases (43.33%).Between the two groups was not significantly different (P <0.01).Edu-cation group recurrence 48 patients (12.97%), recurrence of control group 276 cases (76.67%), than education group is signifi-cantly higher (P <0.01).Education group education 1 months after IPROS total score and the factor score difference were signifi-cant ( P <0 .01 ) .Conclusion:Carry out education, insight inspire health education is to improve patients compliance with medi-cation one of the effective measures.Fully compliance drug maintenance therapy recurrence rate was significantly lower than the part of medicine compliance and not from the medication .关键词
