Multiple Index Dynamic Theming Service and Sample of Adaptive Decision Evaluation

Abstract
In order to enhance the credibility of process, the recognition of conclusions and efficiency of system development when comprehensive evaluation methods are used to make decision and evaluation, this paper presents a multiple index dynamic theming service model on the analysis of component, knowledge map and integrated service platform. This model component of evaluation index and evaluation method with component technology, show evaluation process with knowledge map technology, through integrated service platform to build evaluation systems. For the evaluation objective of Jing Hui Canal Irrigated District ecological environment, this paper determines water ecological environment, soil quality and many other themes. The example of theme service application shows that this new evaluation service model meets requirements of decision makers with flexibility, openness, objectivity. Multiple index dynamic theming service adapts to decision and evaluation of different sectors, it is practical and has application value.关键词
