"Sunshine justice" under background of Internet
摘要
Abstract
Internet technology has currently penetrated into every corner of social life. The network space created by the internet technology is not only a medium of information transmission, but also a platform for social interaction. It has undoubtedly become an important platform for the construction of the open, dynamic, transparent, and convenient sunshine judicial mechanism of the people' s court. Only through developing the strong points and avoiding the weak points of the internet technology can the people' s court really let the people in every case feel the fairness and justice under the Internet background.关键词
