当前互联网已经深刻广泛地渗入社会生活的各个角落,其所创造的网络空间不仅仅是信息传播的媒介,更逐渐成为社会联动的平台. 这一平台无疑成为人民法院构建开放、动态、透明、便民的阳光司法机制的重要平台,人民法院只有通过扬其长避其短的方式,才能在互联网的背景下真正做到"让人民群众在每一个案件中感受到公平正义".
