审判公开愿景下审委会审判职能实现的路径选择
Path choice of realization of judicial committee' s trial function in respect of open trial
摘要
Abstract
Open trial is an important measure in pursuit of fair judgment and trial authority in the process of judicial reform. Open trial contains multiple openness of form and essence such as the trial subject, the trial process, the trial result, and the reasons for the judges. In the exercise of judicial power, the basic requirements of trial should be also complied with by the judicial committee. Therefore, the reform of judicial committee system should respond to and get into gear of the basic requirements of trial. It should be carried out that the members of judicial committee are open, the trial of case is done through court hearing, and the challenge system and accountability system are implemented.关键词
