选铜尾矿综合回收铜硫铁试验研究OA
The Experimental Study on the Comprehensive Recovery of Copper and Sulfur from Copper Tailings
在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用弱磁-脱泥-铜硫混浮-中矿集中脱泥工艺流程对高碱、高泥、品位低的城门山选铜尾矿进行了铜硫铁等有价元素的综合回收选矿试验研究.试验获得铜精矿铜品位8.29%、回收率为9.16%,硫精矿硫品位为48.40%、回收率为58.87%,铁精矿铁品位为56.70%、回收率为2.51%、尾砂产率为62.53%、含硫品位为0.17%.经脱泥选别后的尾砂主要由石英和钾长石组成、易发生氧化的金属硫化物硫含量低,已达到建筑材料硫化物含量(…查看全部>>
Based on the process mineralogy research, the comprehensive recovery of copper, sulfur, iron and other valuable elements in Chengmenshan tailings with high-alkalinity, high-mud and low-grade was carried on by using the process of field weakening-desliming-copper&sulfur mixed flotation-middlings desliming.
