Preparation and performance of alginate sodium-chitosan-extraction from honeysuckle microcapsule

Abstract
Alginate sodium- chitosan- extraction from honeysuckle microcapsules were prepared by one- step method. The influence of the preparation technology on the microcapsule performance was investi-gated taking microcapsules appearance, encapsulation efficiency and mechanical strength of microcapsules as indexes. The results indicated that the optimum preparation technology was established as fol ows: the algi-nate sodium concentration 2.0%, calcium chloride concentration 3.0%, chitosan concentration 1.5%. Various performances of prepared microcapsules were the best under the optimum conditions.关键词
