高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中的邻苯二甲酸酯
Determination of phthalate in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
The determination of ten kinds of phthalate (PAEs) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. After extracted from textiles by fat instrument with ether, PAEs was eluted from C18 stationery liquid column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water, and detected by diode- array detector (DAD). The detection wavelength was 225 nm, column temperature was 35 ℃, the injection volume was 10μL, the flow rate was 1.2 mL/min. The recovery rate was 98.4%~101% and precision of relative standard devi-ation (RSD) values was 2.9%~5.3%, both of which met the technical requirements of residue analysis.关键词
