Abstract
Objective:To analyze hospital pharmacy irrational drug use situation,taking intervention measures to improve the rational drug use level.Methods:4 586 prescriptions were randomly selected,and the irrational drug use prescriptions were selected. The reasons of irrational drug use were analyzed.The preventive measures were discussed.The rational drug use programs were formulated.Results:268 cases were irrational drug use prescriptions,the fraction defective was 5.84%. The irrational phenomenon had undeserved delivery time interval,the abuse of antibiotics,drug improper dosage,undeserved drug use,repeated drug use, diagnosis and drug use discrepancies,improper solvent,improper compatibility and so on.Conclusion:This hospital has irrational drug use phenomenon.The hospital medicine institute should strengthen the inspection and medication guidance.The clinical doctors should improve the pharmaceutical knowledge level,and combine with pharmacists to implement the preventive measures to avoid irrational drug use,to ensure the clinical safe and effective,rational drug use,and continuously improve the level of rational drug use in hospital.关键词
