进展期直肠癌应用DC-CIK维持治疗的临床观察
Clinical observation of DC-CIK maintenance therapy for advanced rectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and curative effect of DC-CIK maintenance therapy for advanced rectal cancer. Methods:44 cases of patients with rectal cancer after radical treatment were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group was treated with DC-CIK cells maintenance therapy,the control group was given no treatment,the adverse reactions,disease control rate and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results:The CD3 +,CD4 + cells and NK cells of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the immune function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had mild adverse reactions such as fever and the patients could tolerate.18 months after the treatment,the disease control rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DC-CIK maintenance therapy for local advanced rectal cancer improved the patient's immune function and the long-term curative effect.关键词
