Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease with rapid arrhythmia.Methods:104 patients with rapid arrhythmia in coronary heart disease were divided into the control group and the observation group with 52 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with lidocaine,while in the observation group were treated with amiodarone.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease with rapid arrhythmia is remarkable,and the adverse reaction is small.关键词
