摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined with montelukast for preventing wheezing after capillary bronchitis.Methods:51 patients were randomly divided into the control group(26 cases) and the treatment group(25 cases).The same treatment was used in the acute stage.After clinical cure,the control group were given the comprehensive treatmen,the treatment group were given nebulized budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation and combined with oral montelukast particles on the basis of the comprehensive treatment.Results:The treatment group compared with the control group,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with montelukast can effectively prevent recurrent wheezing after bronchiolitis,it is safe and reliable,and less adverse reaction.关键词
