Clinical observation of rabeprazole plus mosapride and aluminium phosphate gel in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with gastric ulcer in 68 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of rabeprazole plus mosapride and aluminium phosphate gel in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with gastric ulcer.Methods:34 patients with bile reflux gastritis and gastric ulcer were selected, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each,the treatment group were given the rabeprazole plus mosapride and aluminium phosphate gel treatment;the control group were given the rabeprazole and mosapride treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aluminum phosphate gel can neutral the gastric acid in patients effectively,and protect the gastric mucosa,it also can kill the lesions of helicobacter pylori effectively,and prevent the recurrence of patients effectively.关键词
