损伤控制骨科治疗严重多发伤的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment on severe multiple injuries in the department of damage control orthopedics.Methods:19 patients with severe multiple injuries were selected.Methods:At first,we evaluated the patients and given symptomatic treatment according to the disease condition,then given internal fixation for fracture reduction and internal fixation after the patient's physiological state stability.Results:1 cases(5.26% ) died,and the other patients were cured and discharged.After followed-up for 3~20 months,no serious long-term complications occurred.Conclusion:Improving the treatment system,using of damage control department of orthopedics in the treatment of severe multiple injuries reasonable,can reduce the complications and mortality,so it can improve the treatment effect of patients.关键词
