中西医结合治疗结肠癌66例的效果研究
Study on the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine treated on 66 cases with colon cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods:66 patients with colon cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 33 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy,while in the observation group were treated with chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 65.63%,and the control group was 37.50% ,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy is better than chemotherapy alone,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower.关键词
