摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong capsule in the treatment of primary senile hypertension.Methods:80 patients with senile primary hypertension were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different drug treatment with 40 cases in each group,the control group were given the conventional antihypertensive drugs,the observation group were given Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong capsule on the basis of the control group.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions and CRP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the NO,blood pressure and blood pressure were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional antihypertensive therapy,combined with Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong capsule for the treatment of primary senile hypertension,not only can control blood pressure levels,reduce CRP,increase NO effectively,but also reduce the incidence of complications during treatment,improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
