摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of bone marrow aspiration smear and bone marrow biopsy slice timing analysis in the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome.Methods:100 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome were selected.Using biopsy double specimens and bone broken suction method drew materials.The smear and biopsy results were given synchronous observation.Results:The bone marrow biopsy was significantly better than bone marrow aspiration smear on the judgement of bone marrow hyperplasia degree.The biopsy slice was better than puncture smear on the observation of reticular fiber hyperplasia.The detection rates of huge nuclear system and neutrophils pathological hematopoietic of puncture smear were lower than that of biopsy slice.Conclusion:The application value of bone marrow aspiration smear and bone marrow biopsy slice timing analysis in the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome is significant.关键词
