血清GGT、TBil与急性脑梗死病变程度的关系及其相关性

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum GGT,TBil and the severity of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:66 patients with primary acute cerebral infarction were selected as A group,63 patients with recurrent acute cerebral infarction as the B group,another 65 healthy person with physical examination were selected as the control group.Serum GGT and TBil were detected in all subjects.Results:Serum levels of GGT had negatively correlated with TBil,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Serum levels of TBil and GGT has closely relationship with acute cerebral infarction, the serum GGT level increasing with the severity of the lesion,and TBil will reducing,the correlation was negative between the the serum GGT and the severity of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
