摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of early training and touch nursing in the promotion of premature infants intelligence and physical development.Methods:70 premature infants were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The control group was given routine mode for nursing.The observation group was given early training and touch nursing on the basis of the control group.The intelligence and physical development of premature infants in two groups were compared.Results:The mental development index and motor development index of premature infants at 6 months and 12 months of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The body length,body weight and head circumference of premature infants at 12 months of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion:The early training and touch nursing can significantly promote the intelligence and physical development of premature infants.关键词
