摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience after transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:76 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were given transurethral resection of prostate and postoperative nursing measures,the nursing effect was observed.Results:76 cases of patients had successful surgery,the average operative time was (40.2±9.7)min,the average hospitalization time was (9.7±2.1)d.1 case of patient had cardiogenic shock,2 cases of patients had transurethral resection syndrome and 3 cases of patients had temporary incontinence.Conclusion:Transurethral resection of prostate and effective postoperative nursing measures could improve the therapeutic effect of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia effectively and decrease the complication.关键词
