Abstract
At present,the relationship between doctors and patients is getting more and more bad,stress of medical staff is getting bigger and bigger,nurse,as one of them,is also prone to psychological fatigue,this has a serious impact on the life and work of the nurse.This article briefly describes the cause analysis and countermeasure research on psychological fatigue of nurses,to provide discuss for clinic.关键词
