Analysis of common nursing security issue and nursing management strategies in inpatients with tumor

Abstract
Objective:To explore the common nursing security issue and nursing management strategies in inpatients with tumor. Methods:60 cases of medical records with nursing security issue in oncology department were analyzed,the common nursing security issue,reasons and nursing management strategies were found out.Results:The causes of nursing security issue in oncology department included nursing management system 30%,nursing staff factors 55%,patients and family members factors 15%.After the implementation of nursing management strategies,the incidence of nursing security issue was significantly lower than before the implementation of nursing management strategies,the satisfaction of patients after the implementation of nursing management strategies was significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analyzing nursing security issue and reasons in inpatients with tumor and taking scientific management measures could reduce the incidence of nursing security issue and improve the care satisfaction of patients.关键词
