阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床探讨

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy of clarithromycin combined with bismuth pectin,patients in the observation group were treated with amoxicillin and bismuth pectin.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group 96.0% was significantly better than that of the control group with 84%,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05 the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of amoxicillin combined with bismuth pectin in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis is significant,safe and reliable.关键词
