Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of emergency and elective operation in the treatment of bowel obstruction and evaluate the value.Methods:64 patients with bowel obstruction in the department of general surgery were selected,they were averagely divided into the group A(emergency operation) and the group B(elective surgery) according to the different surgical treatment time.The clinical effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the group B was higher than that of the group A(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications of the group B was lower than that of the group A with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparing with that of emergency operation,the curative effect of selective operation in the treatment of bowel obstruction is effective and safer.关键词
