米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察100例
The clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of 100 paitents with uterine fibroids
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of mifepristone in the treatment of paitents with uterine fibroids. Methods:200 paitents with uterine fibroids were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups on average,patients in the study group were treated with mifepristone and patients in the control group were treated with danazol.We studied the effects of treatment,the size of the myoma and the hemoglobin level of patients.Results:The efficacy rate and total effective rate of the study group were higher than that of the observation group.The tumor volume and hemoglobin level in the study group were significantly improved,and the effect was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mifepristone in the treatment of paitents with uterine fibroids can significantly reduce the size of the fibroids,but also improve the patients with anemia.关键词
