观察妊娠期亚临床甲减以及甲状腺激素干预治疗对妊娠结局的影响
Observation on the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy and thyroid hormone intervention treatment on the outcome of pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy and thyroid hormone intervention treatment on the outcome of pregnancy.Methods:60 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.Patietns in the observation group were treated with thyroid hormone intervention, patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.We observed the occurrence of complications such as abnormal glucose metabolism and the outcome of pregnancy in the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group of 50% which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 20%,the rate of spontaneous abortion and cesarean section rate were lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Thyroid hormone intervention treatment in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy can effectively reduce the complications and improve the pregnancy outcomes.关键词
