Abstract
Objective:To analyse the clinical effect of single screw internal fixation in the treatment of mandibular condyle sagittal fracture.Methods:100 patients with sagittal condylar fracture were selected,they were divided into two groups,each in 50 cases.The observation group was treated with single screw internal fixation,and the control group was treated with traction reduction and fixation.Results:The score of the temporomandibular joint dysfunction score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of mandibular condyle sagittal fracture,single screw internal fixation can effectively relieve patients of temporomandibular joint dysfunction, reduce complications.关键词
