摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of He Ne laser combined with famciclovir in the treatment of elderly with herpes zoster.Methods:100 elderly patients with herpes zoster were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,patients in the control group were treated with famciclovir treatment,patients in the observation group were treated with He Ne laser based on the control group.We observed and count the results of the two groups of treatment.Results:The total efficacy of the observation group was 96% which higher than that of the control group of 82% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of He Ne laser combined with famciclovir in the treatment of elderly with herpes zoster is significant,and is conducive to promoting the improvement of clinical symptoms.关键词
