摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of continuous transfusion of heparin sodium combined with urokinase and warfarin by micropump in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis.Methods:86 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group was treated with continuous transfusion of heparin sodium combined with urokinase and warfarin by micropump on the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with urokinase,warfarin and low molecular heparin calcium on the basis of conventional treatment,the cure rate and effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 72.5%,and the total effective rate was 89.7%.The cure rate of the control group was 60.2%,and the total effective rate was 78.9%.The difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious bleeding events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of continuous transfusion of heparin sodium combined with urokinase and warfarin by micropump in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis was significantly better than that of low molecular heparin calcium combined with urokinase and warfarin,and the bleeding events were not significantly increased.
