小儿过敏性紫癜的临床诊治分析
Analysis on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura of children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss and analyse the clinical treatment method of Henoch-Schonlein purpura of children.Method:Clinical treatment data of 80 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were retrospectively analysed.Results:The abdominal pain of 80 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura disappeared,joint swelling and pain eased,skin symptoms also improved.By urine routine examination,the results showed that the urine protein and blood urine were negative,26 cases were cured,40 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective.Conclusion:Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a common disease of children,making a targeted treatment for children according to the clinical symptoms can effectively reduce the condition of repeated damage to the kidney.In the early stage of the disease,the treatment of hormone can effectively prevent the aggravation of the disease.关键词
