Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect between Tanreqing combined with ceftriaxone or cefuroxime in the treatment of children bronchopneumonia.Methods:242 cases of children with bronchopneumonia were divided into three groups. Group A was given Tanreqing injection,group B was given Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone,group C was given Tanreqing injection combined with cefuroxime,the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction incidence of the three groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of group B and group C were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.01),there was no significant difference of total effective rate between group B and group C(P>0.05).The clinical symptom scores of the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of group B and group C were lower than those of group A(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone and Tanreqing injection combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of children bronchopneumonia had distinct curative effect.关键词
